Trip Planning Fee
$150 per booking
Covers research, proposal creation, itinerary planning & support. Deducted from your booking if you proceed.
Airfare Booking Fees
Booking flights has become more complex as airlines no longer pay agents commission. These fees ensure you receive expert airfare sourcing, fare comparison, seat selection guidance, booking management and support before and during your trip.
Domestic Airfare Booking
$33 per person
Professional booking, management & support for Australian flights.
International Airfare Booking
$55 per person (capped at $220 per family)
Includes research, fare options, routing assistance & ongoing management.
Frequent Flyer Award Bookings
$150 per person
Expert handling of reward seats, points bookings & itinerary support.
Changes & Cancellations
These fees cover the administration, reprocessing and supplier coordination required when plans change. Airline and supplier penalties may also apply. Any supplier fees relevant to your booking will be provided at the quote stage so you always know what to expect.
Domestic Booking Cancellation
$30 per person
Applies to all cancelled domestic bookings (plus supplier fees).
International Booking Cancellation
$60 per person
Applies to all cancelled international bookings (plus supplier fees).

Fees apply for voluntary changes; supplier fees may also apply.
Merchant & Payment Fees
Covers secure processing of card payments through Zeller. Merchant fees are set by the payment provider and are non-refundable.

All fees are non-refundable unless required under the Australian Consumer Law. Fees allow TLC Getaways to provide personalised support, research, planning and ongoing management of your travel bookings.
